Pacaso is seeking a Social Media Manager (Contract) to elevate, expand, and strengthen the brand’s presence across key social channels. This role is dedicated to developing and executing best-in-class social content that reflects Pacaso’s identity within the luxury lifestyle and real estate domain.
The Social Media Manager will own strategy execution, daily content planning, content creation, community management, and ongoing optimization across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn. This is a highly creative, fast-moving contract position ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, content production, and digital engagement.
As a representative of the Pacaso voice, you will collaborate closely with internal marketing teams, creative partners, and leadership to produce visual and written content that not only captures attention but also strengthens brand recognition and inspires aspirational audiences across the world.
You will play a critical role in ensuring Pacaso continues to be a leader in luxury real estate storytelling—through scroll-stopping videos, compelling visuals, and high-quality community interactions that reflect the company’s refined and modern identity.
This is a friendly contract position within the United States, with expected weekly hours ranging from 20 to 30 hours.
This contract role covers a wide scope of responsibilities aligned with daily social media management and brand representation. Your work will directly shape how Pacaso is seen by millions.
Plan, produce, and publish engaging daily content tailored to the unique strengths of each platform.
Develop short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and Stories that reflects luxury lifestyle storytelling.
Partner with the creative team to bring concepts to life, while also independently filming, editing, and posting quick-turn content when needed.
Maintain high visual standards consistent with Pacaso’s polished, luxury-focused aesthetic.
Apply strong creative judgment to ensure every asset—video, graphic, caption, or animation—reinforces Pacaso’s identity.
Use tools like Canva to design branded visuals and social graphics.
Deliver content that reflects seasonal campaigns, brand moments, press features, and major initiatives.
Manage a robust 30-day rolling content calendar.
Ensure all content aligns with business priorities, product launches, property announcements, and promotional moments.
Work cross-functionally to sync calendars with PR, partnerships, creative, and performance marketing teams.
Respond to comments, DMs, tags, and community conversations in Pacaso’s signature tone.
Keep the brand approachable, polished, helpful, and aspirational.
Identify engagement opportunities with influencers, media partners, luxury lifestyle accounts, and industry voices.
Monitor performance, track KPIs, and pull insights using analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or Later.
Use data to refine content strategy and improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Stay ahead of platform trends, new features, audio trends, and viral formats relevant to luxury, travel, lifestyle, and property markets.
Partner with PR for sharing media coverage and press moments.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure unified visual storytelling.
Develop ideas for partnerships, influencer activities, and brand collabs.
Support paid media teams with organic content insights and creative recommendations.
Pacaso is looking for someone who represents the perfect blend of creativity, strategy, professionalism, and execution. You should be a natural storyteller with strong instincts for high-end brand aesthetics.
5+ years of experience managing social media for brands—preferably in luxury, real estate, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industries.
Proven expertise across major platforms: Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Strong video editing skills with the ability to produce high-quality short-form content.
Skilled in designing polished social graphics using Canva.
Excellent writing skills with a sharp sense of tone, pacing, and brand voice.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
Experience with analytics and social performance tools.
Ability to independently conceive, create, edit, and publish content with minimal oversight.
Passion for luxury lifestyle, home design, travel, and aspirational living.
Experience working with high-end brands or premium audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively while still functioning independently.
A strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and brand consistency.
Ability to identify opportunities for trend-driven content that fits naturally into the luxury real estate space.
