As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee full-funnel digital strategies and ensure every initiative contributes to pipeline and revenue growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, ensuring accurate execution and pacing
Align paid search and paid media initiatives with broader marketing goals
Analyze campaign performance metrics and drive actionable insights
Collaborate with creative, product, sales, and demand-gen teams to refine content and messaging
Oversee tracking, attribution, and reporting across marketing platforms
Maintain budget accuracy and ensure spending aligns with campaign performance
Test new channels, ad formats, and targeting strategies to maximize conversions
Continuously optimize conversion paths and audience journeys
Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
