As the Paid Media Marketing Lead, your role will include strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on ad campaign execution. Key responsibilities include:
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Budget Allocation: Work with the Paid Media Marketing Manager to manage budgets efficiently while maximizing campaign ROI.
Ad Creative Development: Help create high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B test variations in partnership with the creative team.
Audience Targeting: Conduct detailed audience research, segmentation, and persona-level targeting to reach the right users.
Keyword Research: Optimize SEM campaigns using thorough keyword analysis and search-based insights.
A/B Testing: Continuously test and improve ad copy, creatives, CTAs, and landing page experiences.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign data and provide performance recommendations to improve ROI and reduce costs.
