As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will work across top marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, and Eloqua, helping our clients launch world-class campaigns while maintaining clean and scalable backend systems. You’ll investigate issues, manage technical configurations, support reporting efforts, and ensure all campaigns run smoothly from setup to execution.

As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Terra, your responsibilities include:
Build and launch digital campaigns in HubSpot, Eloqua, and Marketo
Create emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and nurture journeys
Manage templates, reusable components, and scalable system structures
Support multichannel campaign execution (email, web, analytics, tracking)
Build and maintain lists, segments, workflows, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stages
Maintain clean, accurate marketing data across MAPs and CRMs
Perform data hygiene activities like deduplication, enrichment, segmentation
Troubleshoot issues like:
Routing errors
Sync delays
CRM integration issues
Form logic problems
Attribution inconsistencies
Workflow trigger failures
Assist with dashboard creation in:
HubSpot
Marketo
Salesforce
Google Data Studio
Configure UTMs, tracking pixels, and reporting parameters
Check campaign performance and recommend improvements
Work with Digital Strategy team and clients to ensure alignment
Participate in quality assurance for all campaign components
Help set up processes, documentation, and marketing ops best practices
Explore new martech tools
Suggest process improvements
Stay updated on best practices in digital marketing, marketing ops, and automation
Experience building campaigns in Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua
Ability to configure emails, workflows, smart campaigns, landing pages
Strong understanding of segmentation, smart lists, data flows, and lifecycle programs
Knowledge of CRM sync behavior (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics)
Ability to troubleshoot routing, mapping, and campaign issues
Understanding of UTMs, tracking pixels, attribution models
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently with tight deadlines
Fluency in English
Experience in B2B marketing or agencies
Spanish or French language skills
Familiarity with advanced martech stacks
