About the Role FNEX is seeking a Data Entry Typist to support its operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working independently. You will be responsible for accurately typing, entering, and maintaining data while ensuring consistency and precision across company records.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update information accurately in databases and company systems.
Review, proofread, and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized digital files and records.
Prepare reports, forms, and correspondence as needed.
Follow all company data management policies and confidentiality protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to ensure workflow accuracy.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
