As the Administrative Coordinator for Sales & GTM, you will be the operational backbone for the CRO and the sales organization.
Your key duties include:
Managing communication, email flow, and priorities for the CRO
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel, and calendars
Acting as the main liaison between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders
Preparing agendas, documents, reports, and meeting summaries
Handling confidential data with complete discretion
Creating and maintaining sales dashboards, reports, and trackers
Supporting company-wide events, alignment activities, and initiatives
Assisting with presentations, sales documentation, and special projects
Identifying inefficiencies and proposing workflow improvements
Coordinating deadlines, follow-ups, and cross-team communication
Managing executive-level administrative tasks with accuracy

To be successful, you must bring:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator
Experience supporting fast-paced, revenue-driven sales teams

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
